FAQ
About The Spice Route Gin Company
Q: What makes The Spice Route Gin Company different from other gin brands?
A: We're pioneering the savoury gin frontier, creating unique umami-rich experiences inspired by the historic spice routes. Our gins feature carefully selected botanicals from spice-trading regions, delivering bold, savoury flavours that stand apart from traditional floral or citrus-forward gins.
Q: Who is behind The Spice Route Gin Company?
A: Founded by Andy, a gin enthusiast whose love for both gin and curry spices led to the creation of our signature Founder's Masala Gin. What started as experimenting with curry spices in botanical kits has evolved into a premium craft gin brand celebrating spice route heritage.
Q: Where are your gins produced? A: Our gins are crafted in partnership with contract distillers, using traditional distillation methods. We provide the carefully developed recipes and premium botanicals, whilst our production partner handles the distillation process to our exacting standards.
